Your week, built for you
Two, three or four days, with dumbbells or without. Fourteen movements, each with a moving demonstration and a way to make it easier or harder. Miss a day and nothing is lost — your next session is simply the next one.
Twenty minutes, a living-room floor, and a strength programme written for women over forty. It reads what you lift and sets your next weight for you.
Coming soon to the App Store, for iPhone.

Two, three or four days, with dumbbells or without. Fourteen movements, each with a moving demonstration and a way to make it easier or harder. Miss a day and nothing is lost — your next session is simply the next one.
Log each set: the weight, the reps, how it felt. The app holds a weight until it is settled, then adds a little — sooner if everything felt easy.
Ask why today's weights are what they are, or how your week is going. With your permission she uses Claude, made by Anthropic; without it, she answers from your phone alone. She is not a doctor.
Scan a packet or type in anything without one — it starts at a sensible portion, so there are no sums. Add your measurements for daily targets to lose weight steadily, stay as you are, or build muscle.
Larger text from the start if you want it. The app follows your iPhone's text size, Bold Text, Reduce Motion and VoiceOver.
No adverts and no tracking. Download a copy of everything, or delete your account and all of it, from inside the app.
If you have a health condition, are recovering from an injury or are unsure whether strength training is right for you, talk to your GP first. The app opens with a short notice on training safely.
